Week at Glance 3/17-3/21 Upcoming Kangaroo Competition!

Welcome to the Week Ahead!

As we enter the third week of Great Lent, the Church calls us to refocus and renew our spiritual efforts. This Sunday marks the Sunday Cross, a pivotal moment in the Lenten journey. The Cross before us is a source of strength and encouragement, reminding us of Christ’s ultimate sacrifice and the hope of resurrection. Just as the Cross stood at the center of Christ’s suffering and victory, it now stands at the center of our Lenten struggle, guiding us toward repentance, renewal, and the joy of Pascha.

This week serves as a time of both challenge and encouragement. While fasting and prayer continue, we are reminded that we do not walk this path alone. The Cross stands before us as a sign of God’s mercy, helping us to persevere in our spiritual efforts. In both our faith and our education, we are called to press forward with diligence, knowing that the effort we put in now will bear fruit in due time.

May we all take this opportunity to strengthen our faith, recommit to our Lenten efforts, and find inspiration in the Cross as we continue toward Holy Pascha.
