Week at a Glance 2/18 - 2/23 No School Monday & Upcoming Picture Day
Hello and welcome to the new week!
Friends & Families of St. John's Academy,
We are just beyond the halfway point of the year, nearly done with our 4th trimester. Recently the world around us celebrated Valentine's Day. Although we do not particularly celebrate this day as a campus, we are always reminded of one of our core values as a school, Agape. "Agape" is the Greek word for Divine Love. As a campus, we are continually preparing our hearts to receive God's extraordinary love, as we pray and sing to Him each day. Love is a core value for us because it drives our mission to form students who not only love the teachings of the Holy Orthodox Church, but take those teachings to the world to make it a better place.
Celebrating His Love,
Nima Duncan
